Regarding suspension of activities in entertainment districts during the night

As you know, Saga prefecture has released the emergency measures in response to the announcement of emergency declaration throughout Japan. In such a situation, clusters of COVID-19 occurred within Saga prefecture. The situation in Saga prefecture is obviously getting worse. Most of the clusters particularly occurred in entertainment districts at night. Regarding prohibition to enter university for students

Saga University prohibits to enter both Honjo and Arita campus for all the students due to the extension of government’s emergency declaration to all prefectures against the spread of COVID-19. This is effective until the end of the emergency declaration, however, it is subject to change due to the situation. Some of the graduate students as research staff of university may be allowed to enter the campus after obtaining the permission from the Dean. There is a concern about the explosive spread of COVID-19 infections in Japan. To prevent the further spread of COVID-19, we would like to request the following to all the international students in Saga University.
