- （Applicant）Report your application to the Office for International Planning（kokusai@mail.admin.saga-u.ac.jp）
- （Office for International Planning）Issues ID and password for application and contact the applicant（If application had been done in the past, the same ID and password can be used. If ID and password had been forgotten, please contact the Office for International Planning.）
- （Applicant）Upload the required documents to the JSPS e-application system by the deadline.
- （Office for International Planning）Submit all the documents at once as soon as the uploading of the documents by all the applicants is confirmed
