Please finish all the listed procedures before you leave Japan

□ （市役所）住民登録の異動（転出） Submit notification of moving out（at City hall）
□ （市役所）国民健康保険の脱退 Cancel National Health Insurance（at City hall）
□ （市役所）国民年金の脱退 Cancel the National Pension（at City hall）
□ 住居の解約、清掃 Clean up your room and cancel the contract
□ 電気、ガス、水道料金の精算 Pay utility expenses
□ 携帯電話、Wi -Fi契約等の解約（該当者のみ） Cancel the contract of mobile phone and Wi-Fi（if applicable）
□ 銀行口座の解約（該当者のみ） Close bank account（if applicable）
□ 学生証を大学に返却 Return your student ID card
□ 各種会員登録等の解約（該当者のみ） Cancel membership services（if applicable）
