About temporary leave to your home country/outside Japan

When you go outside Japan or temporarily go back to your home country,  you must submit “Report of temporary leave to my home country/outside Japan” through the following URL (FORMS).

Submission deadline：2 weeks before the departure (except emergency)

*Be sure to obtain permission from your academic supervisor before submitting the report of temporary leave to my home country/outside Japan.

*For exchange student, please also contact the program coordinator.
