Since 1999, 23 years of friendly exchange between Saga Prefecture and Guizhou Province has established a friendly relationship* throughout the Saga region, and this friendship has led to international exchange between researchers and students of both universities.

In 2022, based on the past international exchanges between the two universities, an academic exchange agreement between the two universities will be concluded.

With the conclusion of this agreement, both universities are expected to promote research and student exchange under university-wide collaboration in the future, as well as to develop human resources of the young generation in Japan and China who will lead the new generation.

Accordingly, an online signing ceremony and international exchange programs will be held as follows.
