As strengthening border control measures against COVID-19 by Japanese government, designated countries / regions are subject to enforced border control measures from August 11th, 2021 as you see on the attached website.
Saga University indicates that “Traveling overseas (including business trip and personal trip) is prohibited as long as the level of “Travel advice and Warning on Infection Diseases” issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs remains high” as its policy for faculty and staff at Saga University.
Also for all international students, based on the level of “Travel advice and Warning” and the enforced border control measures, we strongly request you to restrain yourself from traveling overseas or postpone it for personal reason.

If you have urgent / necessary reasons or special exceptional circumstances to leave for your home country, please come to International Affairs Division for advice.
