The following measures by the Government of Japan as new measures to strengthen border security control will be carried out from July 22, 2020.
●The Government of Japan added some more countries as countries and regions with denial of permission to land, in total 146 countries.
※Please refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Website below for information of designated areas of the entry ban.
●Due to the policy of strengthening quarantine, immigrants who have stayed in the area for refusal of entry permission within 14 days are subject to PCR test.
●The implementation period for quarantine strengthening, visa restrictions, limits of arriving airport for aircrafts, measures to control the number of arriving passengers that was supposed to be by the end of July will be extended to the end of August(This period is subject to be updated).
