Application outlines for Saga University International House

(October 2023 move-in)

１．Period of Residency　　October 1, 2023 to September 16, 2024

(Please also refer to “9. Date of starting Move-in”)

２．Eligibility

An applicant must be a Saga University international student or a prospective international student who will enter in this October in Saga University

(Those who have/had lived in the Nan-yo Dormitory or the Int’l House cannot apply as a rule)

３.　Number of Vacancy

Single room:２~３　 Couple Room: ３　　Family room①:１　Family room②: ５

４．House details and Rent

Single (A）：11,000 yen/ per month

Couple (B）　：15,100 yen/ per month

Family ① (B）：18,000 yen/ per month　※More than 3 ppl in the Family

Family ② (C) ：16,200 yen/ per month　※More than 3 ppl in the Family

５．申請方法

★2. Fill out Application form below and submit it by Email to Office For Student Exchange. The proxy application by supervisor is also allowed.

※Please register 　★1 your application first and submit 　★２ your application form by e-mail. 　

No individual replies will be made after submission.

６．Application Deadline

July 24 (Mon), 2023

７．Screening

Saga Univ. Center for Promotion of International Exchange will screen applicants by examining　of submitted documents.

※Please note that Not all applicants will be permitted to move in.

８．Notification of Results

The selection result of your application will be announced by the beginning of August.

For prospective students, we will email the result to the address written on Application form

９．Date of starting Move-in

After getting residence permission, you have to inform the time of move-in to International Student Office.

Moving-in should be started from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on SEP. 28th (Thu).
