佐賀大学国際交流会館の入居募集
以下のとおり、2020 年度（10 月期）国際交流会館への外国人留学生入居者を募集します。
１．入居期間
2020 年 10 月 1 日（木）から 2021 年 9 月 20 日（月）まで（※８．入居開始日もご参照ください）
２．入居資格
本学に在学する留学生及び 2020 年 10 月入学予定者
（原則として楠葉寮入居経験者及び国際交流会館入居経験者は除く）
３. 入居募集室数

単身室：5 夫婦室：2 家族室①：2 家族室②：2
４．入居室の概要・寄宿料（共益費含む）

（シェアの場合，

※ 家族室②は畳部屋があります。家族室は友人とのシェアが可能ですが、家族との同居希望者を優先します。
※ 家族室②についてのみ入居期間を最長 3 年までとします。
※ 居室で使用する光熱水費は入居者の負担となります。
※ 居室でインターネットを利用する場合は、入居者が個別に指定業者と契約する必要があります。
５．申請方法
申請ファイルに必要事項を入力し、メールで国際課まで提出して下さい。
申請は指導教員等による代理申請も可能です。

６．入居申請書の締切
2020 年 8 月 4 日（火）24 時
７．選考方法等
国際交流推進センターにおいて書類選考をします。申請者全員が入居できるとは限りません。
８．入居許可者の発表
2020 年 8 月下旬までにメールで通知します。
９．入居開始日
入居を許可された留学生は、事前に入居予定日時を国際課に連絡のうえ、
9 月 28 日(月)の 9 時から 17 時までに入居して下さい。

Application outlines for Saga University International House
(October 2020 move-in)
1. Period of Residency
– October 1, 2020 to September 20, 2020 (Please also refer to “8. Date of starting Move-in”)
2. Eligibility
– An applicant must be an international student or a prospective student who will enter in this
October in Saga University
(Those who have/had lived in the Nan-yo Dormitory or the Int’l House cannot apply as a rule)
3. Number of Vacancy

4. House details and Rent

* Family room ② has straw-matted (TATAMI) room.
* Family rooms can be shared with a friend. However, we prioritize the applicants who live with their families.
* Period of staying for Family ② only is up to 3 years
* Utility fees (Power, Gas and Water) of room are not included. It is charged to residents
* In order to connect the Internet to the room, it is necessary to contract individually with the designated contractor
4. Application Process
– Fill out below Application form and submit it by Email to International Affairs Division
– The proxy application by supervisor is also allowed

5. Application Deadline
– August 4, Tue 2020 (JST) 24:00
6. Screening
– Saga Univ. Center for Promotion of International Exchange will screen students by
examining of submitted documents. Please note that NOT all applicants will be permitted
to move in
7. Notification of Results
– The selection result of your application will be announced by late August via Email.
– For prospective students, we will email the result to the address written on Application form
8. Date of starting Move-in
– After getting residence permission, you have to inform the time of move-in to International
Affairs Division. Moving-in should be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on SEP. 28 (Mon).
