Application for Saga University International House
(April 2023 Move-in)

◆Period of Residency
–April 1^st 2023 to March 24th, 2024

◆Eligibility

An applicant must be a Saga University international student or a prospective international student who will enter in this April in Saga University

(Those who have/had lived in the Nan-yo Dormitory or the Int’l House cannot apply as a rule)

◆Number of Vacancy

Single room: 3~4  　 Family room①: 3  　Family room②: 2

◆House details and Rent

* Utility fees (Power, Gas and Water) of room are not included. It is charged to residents　　　　 *Rent may change.

* In order to connect the Internet to the room, it is necessary to contract individually with the designated contractor

– The proxy application by supervisor is also allowed.

◆Application Deadline

January 31 (Tue), 2023 (JST) 24:00

◆Screening
Saga Univ. Center for Promotion of International Exchange will screen students by examining　of submitted documents.

Please note that NOT all applicants will be permitted to move in.

◆Notification of Results

-The selection result of your application will be announced by late February via Email.

– For prospective students, we will email the result to the address written on Application form

◆Date of starting Move-in
After getting residence permission, you have to inform the time of move-in to Office For Student Exchange.

Moving-in should be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on April 1^st (Sat), 2023.
